Peaceful Hands Wellness is a woman-centered bodywork practice located in a private studio in the beautiful foothills of Green Creek, NC.
My work is primarily geared toward the health, wellness and nervous system support of the women in my community.
I am a trauma-infomed and Esalen certified massage therapist.
I have worked in the healing arts for over 12 years. I began supporting women through my work as a birth and postpartum Doula, I now primarily serve as a licensed bodyworker and energy-work practitioner, specializing in supporting women and the many transitions that life brings.
I am passionate about supporting and nourishing the nervous system, holding space and assisting to clear past trauma that so often gets stored in our tissues. I also strive to support women of all ages, throughout their many life transitions, specializing in prenatal care, birth, postpartum and the changes/challenges of peri-menopause and menopause.
I consider my studio to be a safe place to release and become restored.
